After more than 40 years in the masterbatch business, the last 20 years at ACA, Lynden has made his decision to take a less active role.  He will remain on the Board of ACA as Chairman.  Lynden’s appointment to Chairman of the Board will be effective from 1 February 2012.

The Management and Staff of ACA wish Lynden well in his retirement as Managing Director and congratulate him on his appointment to Chairman of the Board of ACA.

Tony Sewell, currently General Manager, will succeed Lynden in the role of Managing Director. He will assume full responsibility for the day to day running of the business.  We congratulate Tony on his appointment as Managing Director.

The Board has also elected to make a further appointment.  We congratulate Angie Skazas, Executive Assistant, on her appointment as Company Secretary.

Both these appointments are effective from 1 February 2012.
