Allied Color & Additives (ACA) are a customer orientated Masterbatch manufacturer that are service focused and have a reputation in the plastics industry as being ’The Problem Solvers’.
ACA commenced operations in 1990. Its founder, Lynden Trickey, had been previously involved in two other successful masterbatch companies, Pentex and Polymer Alloys. From this experience ACA was born.
A strong customer focus, an enviable reputation for innovation, a total commitment to continuous improvement, competitive pricing, consistent product and exceptional service have enabled ACA to grow to the business it is today.
The management team of ACA have combined plastics industry experience exceeding 150 years. This collective knowledge allows ACA a unique understanding of the plastic colourant and additive requirements for the Australian and New Zealand market.
ACA continues to bring innovation to the marketplace as well as maintaining a strong Research & Development commitment. ACA have particularly embraced the development and manufacture of masterbatches that are trouble free in production and at the same time enhance the properties of customer’s products.
As well as coloured masterbatch ACA are well known for their functional additives including Flame Retardants, UV Stabilisers and Processing aids. ACA can also design and custom manufacture additives to improve productivity as well as enhance the performance of the final product.
ACA have a regional presence, operating manufacturing plants in both Australia and New Zealand. With a dedicated staff of 40 employees we have all the functional, technical, manufacturing, sales and administration areas to meet the needs of our customers.
